FOUR WEEK PROGRAM OVERVIEW

Part 1. PREPARATORY PHASE (Weeks 1-2) 1部分。准备阶段(第1-2周)

In the first two weeks we look at reasons for being on a Whole Food Plant Based Diet and where to get accurate and trustworthy information and support. There will be both recorded presentations by the Team Leader (Coach Denise) or a recommended video to watch which will explain concepts we are examining.

WEEK ONE 周一

 

Session 1:   DISEASE RUNS IN FAMILIES!  (Wednesday Night 18:00-20:00)

We examine the causes for sickness and disease (dis-ease) in the body. We look at how our habits in our families have led us to eat in a way that makes us sick. 检查疾病和病因,发现家庭的习惯与这些疾病的联系。

Session 2:   HYPER-PALATABILITY(Saturday 15:00-17:00)

WEEK TWO 周二

 

Session 3:   NO MOO FOR YOU!(Wednesday 18:00-20:00)

Session 4:   NO OIL!!!  (Saturday 15:00-17:00)

Oil is a non-food that blocks our body from working efficiently and using energy properly. Weight gain and Metabolic disorder are the inevitable result of consuming oils. We learn how to make changes to the way that we prepare and consume foods so that they are still delicious but healthy for us. 油是一种非食物,阻碍我们的身体有效地工作和正确使用能量。肥胖和代谢紊乱是食用油脂的必然结果。我们学习如何改变我们准备和食用食物的方式,使它们仍然美味但对我们足够健康。

Cooking Demonstration and Taste Test: How to use a non-stick pan, how to use a dry fryer. French Fries, Dry Fried Vegetables, Dry Fried Rice, Peanut Hoisin Sauce. 烹饪示范和味道测评:如何使用不粘锅,如何使用干炸锅炸薯条,干炒蔬菜,干炒饭、制作豌豆海鲜酱。

 

WEEK THREE 周三

 

Session 5:    “MEATLESS!  (Wednesday 18:00-20:00)

The diet that is optimal for human beings to function  is one that does not include consuming animal flesh or secretions. We learn about the disease of kings which affected the wealthy people and is now common because of the easy availability of animal products for consumption through companies wanting easy profits. 最适合人类发挥作用的饮食不包括食用动物肉或分泌物。我们了解了国王的病,它影响到富人,现在很普遍,因为动物产品很容易通过公司想要容易的利润来消费。

Session 6:   NO SUGAR! (Saturday 15:00-17:00)

We learn how our bodies crave energy and look for the easiest source of carbohydrates. In this class we learn how to satisfy our ‘sweet tooth’ and still stay healthy and energetic. 我们将了解我们的身体如何渴望能量并寻找最简单的碳水化合物来源。一起来制作能保持我们的健康与活力的美味甜食

Cooking Demonstration and Taste Test: How to bake cakes and desserts without adding processed sugar. Cheesecake, carrot cake and sweet dips and sauces, fluffy pancakes, fruity baked oatmeal squares. 烹饪示范和味道测评:如何在不加糖的情况下烘烤蛋糕甜品。芝士蛋糕,胡萝卜蛋糕和甜蘸酱、煎饼、水果燕麦蛋糕。

 

WEEK FOUR 周四

Session 7:   MAKE IT TASTY!! (Wednesday18:00-20:00)

We can ruin good food by adding chemicals such as low-quality salt, MSG, preservatives etc. We examine how to flavor our food with herbs, essential oils and seasonings that are healing and nourishing. How to have beautiful radiant skin and feel alive and energetic by eating a rainbow of fruits and vegetables. Eating “Whole Foods” helps us to get the fiber and vitamins we need for a healthy body.
